研究方向
(1) 从事微针经皮给药系统研究,结合材料学、生物医学和药学方法,构建具有微纳米结构特征的可降解微针阵列,负载具有特定功能活性的药物组方或单体化合物,通过经穴透皮给药的方式实现对病灶位点的局部有效治疗。
(2) 从事纳米药物传递系统开发。采用天然生物分子或药物分子构建纳米载体,用于药物靶向输运、药物洗脱材料及智能响应型药物系统的构建,提高载药效率,改善药物稳定性和安全性。
